its been raining...

have been eating lots of brown rice lately and drinking lots of soup. yummy.

but i havent been jogging, quite sick and tired of jogging, dun really feel like moving the body, but i did feel like going for swims.....but then again, it has been raining so much lately, specially in the evening...

sigh....back to jogging i suppose?

sleepy

just had my dinner...and i'm super sleepy now

lunch - brown rice and vegetarian stuff
in between - some chocolate
dinner - brown rice, vege, fish, soup

evening workout - 30mins of powerwalk+jog+some arm/weight exercises

avoid chicken rice

breakfast - sandwich + milk
late lunch - chicken rice
evening workout - 30min powerwalk (too full from the chicken rice)
dinner - usual dinner at home, veges, bake beans, fish, soup

must avoid chicken rice by all means in the near future. makes u feel uneasy whole day through.
