sleepy
just had my dinner...and i'm super sleepy now
lunch - brown rice and vegetarian stuff
in between - some chocolate
dinner - brown rice, vege, fish, soup
evening workout - 30mins of powerwalk+jog+some arm/weight exercises
a mission to stay fit, healthy, lean & toned. the challenge started on Aug 1st 2005. i am juan, who hated jogging and can't even jog for 2 mins straight, and i'm going to do something about it.
