breakfast - 2 half boiled eggs
lunch - vietnamese lemongrass porkchop rice
workout evening- 30mins powerwalk+jog
dinner - spaghetti+bread pudding with icecream
sigh..dun think my workouts are burning the food i'm consuming haha
a mission to stay fit, healthy, lean & toned. the challenge started on Aug 1st 2005. i am juan, who hated jogging and can't even jog for 2 mins straight, and i'm going to do something about it.
