yesterday - 30mins powerwalk+jog
today - badminton from 1pm till 3pm
need to get back to my routine again, since i lazed for like nearly 1.5 weeks!!
a mission to stay fit, healthy, lean & toned. the challenge started on Aug 1st 2005. i am juan, who hated jogging and can't even jog for 2 mins straight, and i'm going to do something about it.
