late and rushing
skipped breakfast as i was running late and had to rush to KL this morning.
lunch - noodles
evening - 35mins powerwalk+jog
dinner - brown rice+roast chicken+veges+soup
a mission to stay fit, healthy, lean & toned. the challenge started on Aug 1st 2005. i am juan, who hated jogging and can't even jog for 2 mins straight, and i'm going to do something about it.
