kick start all over again
6.15pm....decided to pick myself up, though i was extremely lazy, got changed and got onto the threadmill.
lunch : bits of claypot rice + beef sandwich mum made
evening : 30mins of powerwalk+jog, and some arm exercises.
dinner : lamb stew, brown rice, soup
supper : one scoop of apple crumble icecream...yummmm
