haha...last update was in november!!! this shows that i have not been health conscious for about 1 month plus!!!

well...juan is back! (hopefully...keeping my fingers crossed!)


went for driving range today and manage to hit about 100balls. right hand having some blisters now...
might have badminton & kayak this weekend. looking forward to it.
