thigh aches

gosh...30mins jog from yesterday and i cud feel my thigh muscles aching...this shows how unfit i have become again!!! didnt get to do any workout today, too much work on hand...way too much...

lemony grass

breakfast - 2 half boiled eggs
lunch - vietnamese lemongrass porkchop rice
workout evening- 30mins powerwalk+jog
dinner - spaghetti+bread pudding with icecream

sigh..dun think my workouts are burning the food i'm consuming haha

sickly

the weather's been hot and i'm getting headaches for the last 2 days. not feeling too well today, coughing with slight flu + sorethroat and watery eyes.

hoping to get my feet back on threadmill by next monday.

and i need my motivation back again...

sigh.......i have not weigh myself. but after 4 to 5 days at shanghai....i ate and ate and ate and beer every meal. looks like i have to start all over again...sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

need to get back to my routine again, since i lazed for like nearly 1.5 weeks!!
