maintaining the progress...

for the whole of last week, i only jogged once. and after the whole weekend drinking and last night working till 4.30am, my body felt like collapsing...

since its been one month since i started this challenge, i've lost 2KG for the month of August. hope to see same progress happening in September. My target is to get my weight down to 53KG and i can start concentrating on weight training and strength exercises.

damn....looking good is damn hard work!

results...

diet totally failed this week. was so caught up with work and my aunt from australia is here at the moment. will go back to routine next week...

but have been doing crunches before sleeping and when wake up.
cud see slight improvement and shape of abs forming. very happy with the result.

falling sick

not feeling too well today. skipped jogging today as my body feel a little exhausted.
didnt even go on diet during dinner. i was too hungry and weak, finished up the rice and everything.

onli had wheatbix+milk for lunch and in between had some sticky rice thingy.

i think my body is just gonna rest for the next 2 days coz work is also piling up and i have to be elsewhere for work.

kayaking crab

i think i'm falling sick soon.....dry throat, body aching and pressing the throat hurts.

and body is aching badly from yesterday's badminton. arms, butt cheeks, inner thigh, back...

will see if i need to rest tmmr...

sunday's achievement:
first meal was at 4.30pm - chicken focacia
workout - 30mins of kayaking
dinner - crab, veges, meat
supper - maggi goreng + ice milo

badminton

haven't played badminton for such a long time. pretty satisfied with the result. needs more practice! and it wasnt too bad, 2 hours, 5 players, each paid RM10.

today's achievement:
breakfast - wheatbix+milk
workout - badminton for 2 hours
after badminton - dry noodles pan mee
dinner - normal dinner at chinese rest. (didnt eat more than 1/4 bowl of white rice)
supper - half mug of beer, 2 sticks ciggie, a glass of ginger beer, a glass of honey lemon.

sigh....supper spoils it all....but what the heck, its a saturday night!
but my arms and thighs are aching form badminton as im typing this....at 3.54am...hehe

failure week...

friday's failure:
lunch - organic food, wild rice with veges
evening - guai ling gou
dinner - veges+meat+drinks! (fattening meal outside)
supper - one alcoholic drink - some vodka mix

no workout today, walk at mall whole day. thats abt it...

9mins 30sec

improvement! jog straight for 9mins30sec this time around. used a different shoe. lighter. its my badminton shoe. ...might need to get a good pair of jogging shoe. but kinda broke lately...leave it aside for the moment.

thursday's half achievement:
brunch - dry noodles aka pan mee and half a piece of biscuit
4.45pm - 40min powerwalk + jog
dinner - McD!!!!! aiyahh.....sinful...had ribena with quarter pounder. no fries.
supper - earl grey tea

i can fit into my old pants...muahahha

royal flush drink

another wednesday failure:
breakfast - beetroot+apple+carrot juice (royal flush!)
lunch - fried noodles+chin chau drink (fattening)
dinner - rice+vege+fish+soup (usual meal)

no workout today, but mentally pretty tired from work whole day.
back to jogging routine tmmr and looking forward to badminton this coming saturday.

too much tomatoes

i think i ate too much pasta sauce last night. tummy not feeling too well today...

tuesday:
brunch - green vege soup noodles
in between - half a bowl of tau foo fah
dinner (at 9.30pm) - thosai (some kind of roti)+hot milo+half glass of lime ice tea

didnt get to workout today, as i had to work...and i've gotta work whole day tmmr as well...very afraid that fats will be back!!! :(

evening - 40mins powerwalk+jog
dinner - marinara spaghetti
supper - leftover spaghetti

manage to push jogging to 9mins straight! feet was burning...
